Paris Lettau is a PhD candidate at The University of Melbourne.
Paris is recipient of the inaugural Spiros Zournazis Memorial Fellowship, and will be undertaking art historical research in the Australian War Memorial’s archives over the period of his residency.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from The University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and has studied at the Institut d’études politiques, France. His recent research concerns the Australian Conceptual artist Ian Burn. In addition to research, Paris has worked in the gallery sector. As manager of Milani Gallery, Brisbane, between 2012 and 2014, he presented exhibitions by artists including Richard Bell, Khadim Ali, Khaled Sabsabi, Bonita Ely, Raquel Ormella and Vernon Ah Kee.
