Lucy is a poet and writer of fiction. She also reviews Australian poetry, mentors school students, runs workshops and writes occasional journalism. She has two novel MS that have been shortlisted for Varuna and also the inaugural HardCopy progam. Her poetry has appeared in The Australian and Meanjin as well as Meniscus and the New Shoots Anthology from the Red Room Company. Recently Lucy was a member of Between the Lines – a reading group for writers run from the ACT Writer’s Centre. Currently she is working on a book about How To Name Your Dog, is part of the prosepoetry collective, is collaborating on a series of fantasy novels with digital artist Paul Summerfield and a children’s picture book with visual artist Naomi Zouwer. In her other life she raises her 4 kids and also keeps her 12 pets happy.
