Canberra Youth Theatre

Canberra Youth Theatre (CYT) was established in 1972 and is an Australian not for profit youth arts company based in the ACT. We aim to develop curious and broad-minded theatre makers and theatre thinkers. We provide young people aged 7-25 years with the opportunity to explore, extend and develop their skills with emerging and professional artists. CYT is a place where young people’s voices are heard, in a safe and accepting environment.
