Ever wanted to learn an instrument, form a band and write a song? At Girls Rock! Canberra’s rock camp you’ll form a band, learn an instrument (bass, guitar, vocals, drums or electronic music), watch live music performances, participate in creative workshops- like making zines and screen printing band t-shirts- and write an original song to be performed at the end of the week. GR!C aims to empower girls aged 10-17 years old through a week-long mentorship program that encourages creativity, self-expression and teamwork through music.
Girls Rock! Canberra’s program is open to girls, trans and non-binary youth ages 10-17. No music experience required!
